This year our family vacation were a couple of relaxing days in Gulf Shores Alabama. Seems fitting since my little sister will be attending the University of Alabama in the fall. I'm so proud of her.

It did rain a lot while we were there, but we had an amazing time together. The best part of not going somewhere far away and having a bunch of things planed to do was that you can take your time preparing food and take as much stuff as you want to with you...

Each couple got a chance to cook dinner for the family. Mom + Dad made schnitzel with potatoes, Marle' + Caleb made a huge shrimp bowl, and Clark + I made crispy bacon steaks topped off with marshmallows, couscous, corn and garlic bread. Below are some pictures from our meal...

Since Clark + I are moving in less than two months to Hawaii we needed to stock up on some summer clothes and went shopping at the outlet mall. We ended up being very productive and it was such a pleasure spending it with my sisters and parents.

We had a lot of good times. My sister Marle' wrapped a bunch of lil gifts up so we could play BINGO :) 

My family loves boardgames... TONS OF FUN!!!
